We want you to love your Cushionaire footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags are attached and the soles are free of wear to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box with the return label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
